Thanks for reading. It’s hard to say exactly. Kestrel as a whole will likely keep volumes flat, but the area that Ecora has the royalty on is quickly running through its saleable tonnage. Management isn’t quite clear about this, but the cumulative tonnage until the runoff is complete seems to be approximately the same as last year’s total. From there you need a view on the price of coking coal (which has been quite volatile) and on what Australia chooses to do with the tax regime
The assets are owned by EMR Capital and Adaro Energy. Ecora has a royalty on the part of the license that is currently operating. I don’t believe actual ownership will change hands, though someone else may have the royalty for the new part of the license
